The staff were friendly & helpful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious everyday, the hotel was clean & very comfortable and the property location was amazing. Step outside the train station & straight into the hotel. Could not hear the trains from our room. We also had a view of the cherry blossoms that were an easy walk away and there was a convenience store next door that had fresh meals.

Seemed very good value (¥10,000 for 1 night in double bed room). The room was compact and clean and had everything I needed and more. Included a varied buffet breakfast. Staff were help in arranging a booking at restaurant. At 50m from the tranitation and 50m from the bus to Geto kogen it is very convenient! (Geto Kogen bus leaves the same side of the station as the hotel)

Service and parking was exceptional. The room items were all great, bath and hot water were used daily after day on snow resorts. Price per night was value for money and not too far from restaurants and a 7-11 store.

The location is perfect, just accross Kitakami JR station-it's about 3mins door to door! Made my traveling with shinkansen much easier. Friendly & helpful staffs, good Japanese breakfast, and the room quite spacious for my suitcase. Lawson is just behind the hotel. Will definitely stay in this hotel again for my next trip in Japan.

Place had a free breakfast buffet which had a very delicious spread. I especially liked that it was right across the Free Shuttle Service for Geto Kogen and that the place was kept absolutely clean each time I requested for cleaning. Will definitely go here for my yearly trip!

The hotel is across the road from the train station and the rooms are compact, really clean, quiet and great for an overnight. There are lots of great little restaurants close by and the staff were super happy to help.

Buffet breakfast is great. The bus to the skifield is just across the carpark. The Lawsons minimart it 2 mins walk away.

Great location -3 minutes away from the train station and 15 minutes away from Tenshochi Park. Not expensive either and the breakfast is serviceable.

Location and easy access to Geto Kogen free shuttle. The frontdesk staffs are very polite and helpful.
